Our Returns and Exchanges Policy

The customer will be liable for any customs & excise charges. Customers returning or exchanging their items will not be refunded for any custom charges incurred.

How to Return or Exchange your Order

To return or exchange your item, please send it signed delivery to:

Please state on any description or customs declaration that they are returns.

Be sure to email to confirm the refund before sending back your goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning them to us, unless there is a defect with the item, in which case we will cover the cost of postage.

We process refunds and exchanges in the order that they are received.  As such, we aim to issue refunds within 30 days of us receiving them.
